Infuy partnered with CarsDirect to help optimize and solidify many of its online processes to better serve its tremendous customer base and visitors to its website each month.
How we worked with the client
We further refined our internal work processes to help CarsDirect improve SEO results as well as managed their website traffic using search engine marketing (SEM) techniques. Additionally, we improved mobile content by creating new content specifically designed to improve user experience on popular mobile devices. Because of its size and complexity, this project involved several geographically-distributed development teams including the leadership team, the IT infrastructure team, and the testing team.
Infuy’s ideas and technologies solved many end-to-end processes for CarsDirect. Process solutions ranged from the transactional―buying a car online―to content creation connecting auto enthusiasts with CarsDirect. Our work resulted in boosting visits to the website and increasing revenue that squarely positioned CarsDirect as a leader in online automobile sales. The site’s results for targeted keywords in search engines such as Google improved significantly along with conversion rates for acquired leads―a function that the CarsDirect mobile app was specifically designed to achieve.
